Die IG ACR ist der Stadtzürcher Sportverband für American Football, Cheerleading und Rugby und ist Mitglied des Zürcher Stadtverbands für Sport (ZSS). Gegründet wurde unsere Interessengemeinschaft im Sommer 2018 von den Zürich Renegades, Fire Allstars und Rugby Union Zürich mit Gründungspräsident Tobias Britt.

Well it‘s getting real as you see advertised at a selection of locations around Zurich. Rugby is coming and it‘s going to be one heck of a day on, with three games and 2 involving our National Teams. So come to Stadium Utogrund and support this event on Saturday with the first match starting at 11:00. Spaces are limited so it is advised to pre-purchase tickets online, otherwise get there early to enjoy the biggest Rugby event this city has hosted since 2016. Three of IGACR‘s clubs (GC Zurich Rugby, Zurich Rugby Academy and Rugby Union Zurich) are directly involved in putting on the Suisse Rugby Day. Switzerland’s mens team is currently ranked 26th in the World which itself is an amazing achievement. One can expect some post match celebrations to end this amazing year so be prepared to make some noise in Utogrund. See you there and we as IGACR wish all the best to all participating. ... A great afternoon at the fortress brunau , with both men’s teams scoring victories. An amazing first team performance , realizing the importance of a win and thus taking control and running away towards the end.
